From its meager beginnings, a residential annex surrounding the
Catholic mission – Mission San Juan Capistrano 
(founded in 1776), the resulting
city of San Juan Capistrano, California, is home to some of the region’s most luxurious real estate. The city is steeped in a wealth of Native
American, Spanish, and Mexican heritage, with many relics of Colonial times.
Bearing the distinction of the oldest neighborhood in the state, most notably
the Los Rios Historic District, the city would finally incorporate in

California Sycamore), located in the north of town. Additionally, the endangered
